• Due to the significant price drop in oil, Club Orient will not impose a fuel surcharge that was scheduled to begin October 1st.

Reservation Conditions:

• A €1.50/person/night Government Room Tax is not included and will be added to your final hotel bill.
• Reservations are guaranteed upon receipt of €500 deposit, 50% of total stay for La Villa.
• Specific rooms cannot be guaranteed.
• Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival date will be penalized in the amount of €200, less than 7 days prior to the arrival: 100% of the deposit will be kept.
• Deposits for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival date for La Villa are not refundable.
• Refunds for cancellations will be issued in the same currency as the deposit.
