  • There is a €25 Euro surcharge / discount per person other than double occupancy, except the Villa.
  • Children under 12, accompanied by adult family, stay for free.
  • All pricing is officially quoted, guaranteed and confirmed in Euros.
  • Due to exchange rate fluctuations US $ rates are subject to change.
  • A monthly exchange rate is provided for payments in US $.
  • Valid as of 1 January, 2008: ( €1.00 Euro = US $1.40)
  • We do NOT accept American Express at this time
Reservation Conditions:
  • A €1.50/person/night Government Room Tax is not included and will be added to your final hotel bill.
  • Reservations are guaranteed upon receipt of €500 deposit, 50% of total stay for La Villa.
  • Specific rooms cannot be guaranteed.
  • Cancellations received 30 or more days prior to arrival date will get their deposit refunded.
  • Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival date will be penalized in the amount of €200.
  • Deposits for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival date for La Villa are not refundable.
  • Refunds for cancellations will be issued in the same currency as the deposit.
  • All rates and conditions are subject to change.
